By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

2. Orders

Orders are subject to availability and seasonal variations.

Substitutions may be made for flowers of equal or greater value when necessary.

Orders are confirmed only upon full payment.

3. Delivery

We offer delivery within Hamilton and selected surrounding areas.

Please ensure the delivery address is correct; redelivery may incur additional fees.

If the recipient is not home, flowers may be left in a safe place or returned to our studio.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at least 24 hours before the delivery date for a full refund.

Cancellations within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.

5. Event & Wedding Bookings

A deposit is required to confirm bookings.

Final balance is due 2 weeks before the event.

Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Changes to floral items must be made no later than 14 days prior to the event.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website is the property of Less | Floral Studio and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

7. Liability
We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by delays, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services implies acceptance of any changes.
