We take great care in preparing and delivering our floral products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Perishable items (including fresh flowers) are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.

Non-perishable items (e.g., vases, add-on gifts) may be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused condition and original packaging.

Sale items and custom orders are non-returnable.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may ask for a photo of the product.

3. Refunds (if approved)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and if stock is available.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:

First check your bank account or contact your provider.

6. Return Shipping
You’ll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning non-perishable items. We recommend using a trackable service.
